Tom joined the real estate community in 1973 and ever since has addressed the real estate needs of the residents of DuPage & Will counties-including serving as Chairman of the MLS, Director of the positions Association of Realtors, and working  on the Long Range Planning Committee-overseeing the growth, impact and needs of the county. 

He has served in management postions at several local real estate firms and is pleased to currently work as a broker associate at Baird & Warner in Naperville. Tom leads the award winning 5-member Passaro Team-but his  focus is always on the needs of his clients. The team works as a unit from first contact to successful conclusion for each customer.

Tom is AVAILABLE to his customers, and feels that one of his greatest accomplishments is that so many of them have become lifelong friends.
